We carefully pack and dispatch all Koya Haus orders from Melbourne, Australia.

We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $10 and express shipping at $15 across Australia, with free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Processing time

All orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

During collection launches or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery timeframes

While we work with trusted carriers, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

International shipping

At this time, we offer shipping within Australia only.
